When I found a car I was interested in l was greeted by a godly sales representative who had a great smile and was very friendly. I asked him what I need to do next to inquire about the car. We talked for a while he insisted I don’t have to rush ,but his energy/spirit just kept me feeling like this is the time to get the car i want. This is not my first car. I had leased from them for about 12 years and now I’m ready to buy even though it’s a 2016 I really came out on top. And the financial part went just as great because when people don’t pressure you into buying a car it works out best for everyone. Epic Sales Dept FAIL It is a crying shame the Sales Dept gave such disturbingly poor service to 2 loyal Toyota customers with high credit scores. We would never recommend It is a crying shame the Sales Dept gave such disturbingly poor service to 2 loyal Toyota customers with high credit scores. We would never recommend A-1 Toyota to anyone. In fact, we strongly warn you not to purchase there. They kept us there for over 3 hours waiting for our monthly rate for a vehicle that was nearly $200 over our declared budget, pushing us through the purchasing process for a vehicle we never said we wanted. We honestly started looking for video cameras and joking we must be on the TV show Boiling Points or Punk'd. They say they pride themselves in customer service, and work on salary not commission, but it made no difference as they used the same stereotypical strategies to wear down car dealership customers. I wish there was a way to give them no stars at all in this rating. More

Second time, still the best place to buy cars. So, I went to A1 uncertain of what i really wanted, i looked prior into a few cars and saw the rav4 was just spectacular on safety and had space which So, I went to A1 uncertain of what i really wanted, i looked prior into a few cars and saw the rav4 was just spectacular on safety and had space which is something you need when you have two kids, The entire dealership was welcoming and their service associate jeffrey did a remarkable job getting me into my new rav 4 and got the affordable payments i desired. he met all my needs and i'm really glad the staff worked so hard together to get this done. such a friendly hardworking team. i leased my last car from them, and now bought this one, and in a few years if i decide to trade in, i know where i'll be going back! always high quality service every time... also, side not, they have paul, and paul is incredible. probably the best person to ever have a convo about cars/financing with and makes the transition easy and you feel comfortable TRUSTING people like paul, because they know the car buying experience can be hard and smoothes over any and every question you could have. thanks again for getting my and my daughters into the car of our dreams, now i get why someone first told me to come to you all back in 2016, and i haven't regretted my decision since! More
