The representative was not helpful. I had to call to get updates about my vehicle. If I didn't call, then I wouldn't received any updates. If you look at the notes and the quote that was texted/emailed to me they tried to make me pay around $7000 in services that I didn't need for my vehicle. The only thing that was needed was a battery replacement. This is bad business because we as the customer put our trust in the service people and it's not nice when they try to get over and take advantage of their customers especially the women customers. More
