The only reason why I gave this a five star rating is because Pete from Elder Ford was the only person that returned my phone call when I was stranded in Gainesville When my transmission failed after the because Pete from Elder Ford was the only person that returned my phone call when I was stranded in Gainesville When my transmission failed after the dealership said it was"fixed".🙄 If it wasn't for Pete, I probably would've sold my Ford and never gone to the Ford dealership again. But he was a great help and I highly recommend him. No one else called me back. I will never go to anyone else at that dealership again. And it's a shame because this is my fifth Ford.
