He is very customer focused on what I needed, why and he went out of his way test driving vehicles, finding the right vehicle and meeting all of my requirements. He isn't pushy and didn't pressure me into anything. Very honest and no BS! He answered all of my questions and truly made me feel at home with Ford and their technology. The Service team has been terrific. They are very attentive to you when you arrive for service and they communicate very well. They get the job done quickly and correctly. I had an issue one time with a maintenance item and the Service Manager Roberto went out of his way to address it, fix it and make sure I was happy. It's not a normal sales experience when you work with Pete. It's like working with a family member, that looks out for your best interest, not just the deal. His knowledge of the business alongside the type car you are buying is amazing. He doesn't sell you car and send you on your way.
