Bruce great salesman/Peter poor managment Went with my daughter to help her buy a CPO jeep[21 yo xxT college student working P/T] Things were going great with salesman Bruce[honest, polite, k Went with my daughter to help her buy a CPO jeep[21 yo xxT college student working P/T] Things were going great with salesman Bruce[honest, polite, knowledgeable] But went downhill when Peter got involved-Long story short.at signing CPO vehicle[online and stickers on vehicle]turned out to be non CPO "because jeep was transferred to chevy lot and cant be certified"-My daughter very upset that she wasn't getting car so against my better judgement I agreed to service contract to cover car[wanted $1850 prep charge if I went over to THEIR jeep dealer 1 mile down the road to do paperwork and certify it there]-Next day I spoke with owner Rob Sickel and explained how they had no concern for college student purchasing her first car and experience was awful and unfair-Rob was extremely fair and called me right back and contract was renegotiated as CPO and my daughters monthly pmts went down$51! Reason for ONE STAR is due to dishonesty and lack of caring by Peter. Rest of staff FIVE STARS- ALL IT TAKES IS ONE PERSON IN A BUSINESS TO MAKE YOU NOT WANT TO GO BACK! More
