OUTSTANDING!!!! After an extremely poor experience at a different dealership, I reluctantly decided to stop in to Pinebelt Chevrolet in Lakewood to check out their in After an extremely poor experience at a different dealership, I reluctantly decided to stop in to Pinebelt Chevrolet in Lakewood to check out their inventory. Luckily I happened upon Cesar in the parking lot and as we began a long discussion of my intentions, Cesar never once stepped away, seemed impatient or ingenuine. In fact he was exactly the opposite and literally ran all over the lot as well as to others to get any vehicle I had questions or interest in. Fast forward 3 days later, I am back for the 4th time simply because I was unable to decide. Enter sales manager Peter who instantly steps in to support Cesar and work closely with us during the process as I still could not make a decision. The story ends with me showing back up yet again at 8:15pm on day 4 ready to make a choice. Cesar again steps up and handles things like a pro along side the evening Sales Manager Kim to get the deal done. Business closes at 9pm but they didn't think twice about staying after hours to get it done. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant, patient and professional experience! Well done Pinebelt Chevrolet team... counterparts in the area should stop by, watch and take notes on how the experience is supposed to be! More
