Excellent Sales representative Sean Labarge has a passion for the industry and it shows through in technicolor. I am a gear head, he had answers to the questions which would be hard Sean Labarge has a passion for the industry and it shows through in technicolor. Herb Chambers you have a excellent, ambitious, and knowledgeable sales representative in Sean. Plus our vehicle allocation came earlier than projected! More

BEYOND FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE This is the first review I’ve ever written for anyone, even if asked. I feel the exceptional service I received from Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood This is the first review I’ve ever written for anyone, even if asked. I feel the exceptional service I received from Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood should be shared. I went to this dealership after seeing a used car listed online. When I got to the dealership, I expected the service you get from a typical dealership - being ignored because I looked too young to be able to afford a car or being talked to getting another vehicle I never considered. I was completely wrong. The staffs in this dealership are professional and friendly from beginning to end. I want to note that this vehicle is NOT a Lincoln and the vehicle year is 2011. The internet manager I first corresponded with was very friendly and knowledgable. Jillian McDermott was able to get answers to address some of my concerns. When I got to the dealership, I met another internet manager who was helping Jillian out as she was out, (I forgot her name, sorry!), and she was super friendly as well. She directed me to the sales person, James Santsaver, who helped me throughout the process. James was super friendly and even though I was unsure about purchasing this vehicle, he was not pushy. I admit I may be one of the tougher customers to deal with, but James did not get upset. He was able to address my concerns and for what he can’t answer, he was able to bring the business manager (I also forgot his name, sorry!) to provide the rest of the answers. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about a vehicle that they don’t specialize in selling. Once I finally decided to purchase the vehicle, James was very accommodating. He understood my concerns for an older used vehicle and made accommodations for when we complete the paperwork so I can make the most of the mandatory used car warranty in case any issues were to arise. We scheduled for me to come in on a Thursday night after the vehicle has been serviced to complete the paperwork, but the business manager that does the finance paperwork fell sick so I couldn’t stop in that day. I asked if there was something else we can do so I can get the car on Friday and James quickly found a resolution for me. He had the business manager that does the financing call me Friday morning to go over finance options, then offered to bring paperwork for me to sign and complete, then also drop off the car to me. I couldn’t believe the resolution brought forth to me as I’m purchasing a 2011 vehicle that is NOT a Lincoln. At the moment that was presented to me, I felt as if I was purchasing a brand new Lincoln from them. Everyone involved in the process of helping me purchase the vehicle and getting it delivered to me were all very professional and provided a super phenomenal experience. They stood by their word and were helpful every step of the way. The service Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood provided is beyond first class. After this experience, I wish every vehicle I purchase comes from them, be it a Lincoln or not. This type of customer service is super rare and I would like to give them praise for it. If anyone is in the market for a Lincoln or any used car on their lot, please make a trip to this dealership! You will not regret it! More

SMART PRICING? BUYER BEWARE - DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH! Went to purchase a car (used CPO) at Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood with blank check in hand and was about to trust their SMART price. HOWEVER, my s Went to purchase a car (used CPO) at Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood with blank check in hand and was about to trust their SMART price. HOWEVER, my son did a 15 minute search online before going in, through KBB, Edmunds, Cargurus.com, other Lincoln dealerships and we quickly realized it was priced about $5000 higher than the average! I still went in thinking they would re-calibrate their price a bit once i showed them comparable vehicles/prices. They even made me sit through a video of Herb himself explaining the how they come up with the SMART price and that we need to TRUST that they've done their research and it is "the best price". Sean in sales is awesome. J.... next layer guy to close the deal, had no clue of comparable car prices.. Without any budging in their price to get closer to the average, I had to leave. That night the price dropped $1000, along with reductions of many of the other CPO cars. I was told to keep checking in, and Peter felt that it would sell at the current price and i was welcomed to keep checking in. As a business owner myself, I suspect Mr Herb Chambers would be embarrassed if he knew that his SMART pricing isn't always fair.. I get the idea of "SMART" pricing, but if someone isn't doing their job by constantly researching comparable car prices, it should NEVER BE CONSIDERED A SMART PRICE! Obviously a real bummer for me, but why pay more than what is reasonable? BUYERS BEWARE! BM More

Total Satisfaction I am a long time customer of Peter Hern at Herb Chambers Lincoln. I do not usually write online reviews but this past experience deserves a host of co I am a long time customer of Peter Hern at Herb Chambers Lincoln. I do not usually write online reviews but this past experience deserves a host of complements for Peter and his staff. Most importantly along with Peter, Frank Carey and Greg Mirabile all need to be highly complemented for their efforts to resolve the issues I was experiencing with my car. I also need to highlight the fact that all of my past Lincolns have been trouble free, never an issue. The car in question seems to be a one off with its issues. These issues were resolved with the highest degree of professionalism, speed and most importantly to my satisfaction. I left the dealership today, a very pleased customer with the highest respect for Herb Chambers and his staff. I honestly believe my issue would not have been and could not have been resolved to this level of satisfaction at any other Lincoln dealership. This is the type of experience that keeps you coming back to a dealership time after time. Great work! More

My parents have been with them for over 20 years now I must say I love this place! Peter and Greg from sales are just awesome. So friendly and down to earth, they explained everything. I actually ended up hugging Greg after the sale because I felt so well taken care of. I love my car so much. I've had no issues except I ran over a pothole and got a flat. Might I say that Norwood was SO accommodating and took me right away. The Medford location was disorganized and unfriendly. I will choose to drive 45 minutes to Norwood over 25 minutes to Medford any day. Honestly the best service. Everyone is so kind and clean and pleasant. They have a clean waiting area with a plasma TV, snacks, coffee, tea, water bottles... They even have a salon upstairs! Seriously couldn't be happier so far. Kayla M More
