He made the whole process smooth and transparent, and I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit rather than just making a sale. The only small downside was when the manager came in toward the end to revisit extended warranties and was a very persistent even after I declined. That said, he was still very nice and clearly passionate about the value and protection those warranties can offer. It was easy to see he truly believes in what he’s selling, which I can appreciate. Overall, I’m thrilled with my new car and would absolutely recommend this dealership — especially working with Franco if you want a straightforward, honest, and comfortable car-buying experience!
