The reason I'm giving a 4 and not a 5 is because Peter skipped/forgot to go over the 3rd page of the packet with me, which listed the recommendation that I replace the filters, and that there was some sort of error code with my brakes. The texted video (which I didn't see while I was there because I was working on other things) was virtually impossible to understand due to the sound quality. It is such a great idea, but the kinks need to be worked out. It also would have been helpful to see what they were talking about regarding my brakes. More

Made appointment for Gold Service Oil Change told dealer kn phone and know person I would wait. Well wait I did 3 hours later my included service for a simple oil change was finally done.
