He accused me of swearing at him when I did not, raised his voice on the phone, and later stood uncomfortably close and continued to loom over me even after I asked to work with someone else and requested space. Everyone, including Peter, was so nice, personable, and accommodating. I appreciate that every time I come in! The reason I'm giving a 4 and not a 5 is because Peter skipped/forgot to go over the 3rd page accommodating. I appreciate that every time I come in! The reason I'm giving a 4 and not a 5 is because Peter skipped/forgot to go over the 3rd page of the packet with me, which listed the recommendation that I replace the filters, and that there was some sort of error code with my brakes. The texted video (which I didn't see while I was there because I was working on other things) was virtually impossible to understand due to the sound quality. It is such a great idea, but the kinks need to be worked out. It also would have been helpful to see what they were talking about regarding my brakes. More
