This time I was contacted by Peter to set up a visit to go over my options. Sally was gracious enough to email me and keep in contact with me to remind me of my schedule appointment and was even understanding enough to postpone it when I had some unforeseeable events that kept me from my appointment. When I was able to go in the following week Peter had already preselected some cars he thought I'd be interested in. When all was said and done the process, while a little time consuming, couldn't have been easier. I would recommend this dealership with zero hesitation. More

So when the first lease was up this month, of course we contacted Andrew again to help us with signing on for another Jetta. Both he & Peter worked to make the process of returning & re-leasing our car so easy. And then a week later I was in Great Neck & had a question about some of the newer features, so I stopped at the Service center & Tami was nothing but informative!
