We first went to Knauz and was assisted by Paul Kim and he helped us test some Mercedes models we’re considering. They were all very knowledgeable of the product they’re selling - believe me, we have met other sales assistants from other dealers who has no idea what they’re talking about - and we had a great experience with them. HE WAS PLEASANT AND GAVE ME THE EXACT INFORMATION I NEEDED TO MAKE MY PURCHASE. PETER KEPT ME INFORMED OF THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF MY NEW 2020 CAR. HE GUIDED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF THE PURCHASE. HE FOLLOWED UP WITH A THANK-YOU LETTER AND INFORMATION FOR THE FUTURE CARE OF THE CAR AS WELL ANSWERING OTHER QUESTIONS I HAD. HE INTRODUCED ME TO VIJAY WHO WAS VERY ADEPT AND LED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING THE CAR AND THE UPGRADES TO MAINTAIN THE CAR IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WHILE I OWN IT. HE WAS CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EACH ITEM AND WANTED TO PURCHASE THE ITEMS. THEN BRANDON ADVISED ME OF THE TECHNICAL PARTS OF THE CAR. HE SHOWED ME AND MY SON-IN-LAW THE IMPORTANT THINGS I NEEDED TO KNOW TO DRIVE THE CAR AND WORK THE TECHNICAL ITEMS.
