It can always be a challenge for both parties making deals sight unseen but Terri made it happen. On arrival, Terri had the car ready to go and made sure that I understood the vehicles operating system. Brian had all the paperwork ready and was super easy to work with. I appreciated Brian's low pressure attitude which you don't find often in the automotive sales world. Even Peter popped his head in the door and was very friendly. Mike was patient and very knowledgeable from step 1 of the process. An added bonus is that he is an all around personable guy; he made jokes and really listened to my questions and comments/concerns. When we began the process of doing the deal, Mike was honest and willing to work with us. He brought in Pete, the general manager, to work with us to meet our needs. When we began the final step of leasing the car, Mike took the time to go over each function and make sure it was set up exactly as I wanted it. He stayed past closing to show me numerous features in the car. I left feeling really great about my experience, and feeling very well taken care of. I can easily see why this dealership has been around so long and has such a great reputation. More

He walked us through the myriad of features of the RDX 2019 and took us on a non-rushed, versatile test ride. The entire process was very professional and enjoyable! He was charming and the entire dealership provides a warm, welcoming, knowledgeable culture. On pick up day, as I opened the driver's door, I discovered a single red rose! Awesome touch and yes, I felt mighty special. Mike again spent time to make sure we had an initial handle on all of the features, accessories, and tech of the vehicle. Joe Greenberg handled all of the paperwork with organization and ease - never felt the process was tedious. James Merrill introduced himself and chatted for a bit when we arrived for a test drive and preview. When we picked up the vehicle, Peter Reeve greeted us and introduced himself. Although we have now moved to North Carolina, we still "come back home" to get our new cars. This is a tribute to the exceptional staff and the way they treat their customers and the product they provide. Unfortunately, the only thing we cannot take advantage of due to our location is the quality service provided by David Wiltse's staff. Upon arrival we were greeted by Teri, Peter, David, and Brian Savo (Brian Coughlin was off that day, but over the years has also been part of the greeting group.)
