Terrible experience with the service department I made an appointment with the service department to drop my vehicle off for warranty work they were supposed to have a car for me so I can leave my c I made an appointment with the service department to drop my vehicle off for warranty work they were supposed to have a car for me so I can leave my car overnight they did not I left work work early to do this I informed him of that and call the head to make sure the car would be there they said there was nothing to do they could do to come back tomorrow maybe they can get me a car then very lackluster poor service definitely wish I didn't buy my car from them More

Even when we got cold feet about purchasing a car altogether, Mark and company were supportive and gave us the time we needed rather than the hard sell and that was much appreciated.
