Terrible experience that is still ongoing. Bought a used Hyundai Tucson. Within a couple weeks the engine light went on. I've now brought the car in 4 times after they said they fixed it each Bought a used Hyundai Tucson. Within a couple weeks the engine light went on. I've now brought the car in 4 times after they said they fixed it each time. They don't call me with updates or even return my calls to get a status on when it will be fixed. I've never had a worse experience with a dealership and repair shop. I think they may have sold me a lemon and won't own up to it. More

The intake process wasn’t very smooth. There should be more help at the front to ensure a better experience when coming for service. Same goes for the pickup. Horrible experience, no one knows what’s going on. No one communicates to each other. I spoke to the service manager, he says he’ll call you back and never calls back. Horrible customer service. The extended warranty they push on you has a clause that you HAVE to bring it to their dealership, and you have to pay for your own tow to get it there. Super inconvenient, and incompetent. More

Kandice was great to work with. She kept me in the loop thought out the repair.
