Confusion on their part as to whether I should be at the "Hyundai" dealer where I bought my 2015 Hyundai Genesis in June, 2014 and had the appointment, or the "Genesis" dealer a few miles north that came along around 2017 when the Hyundai Genesis was spun off as its own Genesis brand. If it had been a warm day, I would have waited outside to avoid the music. More

Worst service! If I could give zero stars I would. Brought my car in, was completely ignored. Finally checked in with someone and was told my car would be ready in If I could give zero stars I would. I finally just showed up and there was no acknowledgement that my entire day had been ruined due to a complete lack of communication. More

I found the dealership to be easy to work with as we selected our preferred model . The process of getting the car took much longer than expected and, unfortunately, we missed out on several year en selected our preferred model . The process of getting the car took much longer than expected and, unfortunately, we missed out on several year end incentives. We wanted a color combination that is less common, therefore it took about four weeks for the car to arrive. The day of the car purchase was really arduous, and the finance manager did not seem interested in moving quickly. I would definitely give low marks for the day-of process. More
