I love how you can book service online and reserve a loan past 5 years and they are fantastic in every regard- from Service, to Financial, to Sales. I love how you can book service online and reserve a loaner if needed. They video the work they do and send updates so you can make the best decision possible. They also never try and upsell you for no reason. The sales team actually works as a team- it’s refreshing. My sales rep, Pete, was unavailable on a day I took my car in for service. Another rep, Michael, jumped in and helped me design and order my new car for Pete. I continue to do business with them for all of these reasons. More

I bought my Mini here because a friend had had a good experience dealing with them from afar - he lived in Alabama. Mike Dixon handled the entire ordering process via emails and text and we luckily were experience dealing with them from afar - he lived in Alabama. Mike Dixon handled the entire ordering process via emails and text and we luckily were able to get an allocation for the car in the near-term future. All went well with the delivery - minimal amount of paperwork and great explanation of the major features of the car. Would recommend this dealership for any prospective Mini buyer. More

I was happy Ottos provided me with a loaner car. I was definitely not happy when I asked for some instructions on the operation of the new vehicle. I was told it is just like my MINI. It most certainly wa definitely not happy when I asked for some instructions on the operation of the new vehicle. I was told it is just like my MINI. It most certainly was not like my 12 year old MINI. Imagine how stupid I felt at your entrance gate when the car in front of me could not open the gate and wanted me to back up....I could NOT get the car into reverse! I am usually very happy with my treatment at your business though. More
