Contacted this dealer on line through chat and told "We are always welcome to come to the dealership to test drive a vehicle". Said multiple times we would like to come in today. Upon arrival we were met are always welcome to come to the dealership to test drive a vehicle". Said multiple times we would like to come in today. Upon arrival we were met by a salesperson who was terse and rude after I told him I contacted them before coming to the dealership. He told me I must be at the wrong place and told they don't do test drives on Friday thru Sunday. We are serious buyers and they just lost a customer. We went there because they seem to have a larger inventory than other dealers in our particular interest. Now we know why their customer service stinks!! More

I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler on 2/12 with accessories that didn’t work with the promise that they would be repaired and working. I have driven my “new” car for 12 out of the last 27 days and my first pay that didn’t work with the promise that they would be repaired and working. I have driven my “new” car for 12 out of the last 27 days and my first payment is due in three days. My car is still in service at Carl Burger. Update to this review: Since Preston was on baby watch during our purchase transaction we'll cut him some slack. Sonny in Finance was great! We have since taken delivery of our vehicle and it has been repaired as promised. After some back and forth with service they have done a great job of repairing the issues and kept all of their promises. More
