It was a positive experience though out, except that our 4:30 appointment did not happen until 6:30. Not a reflection at all on the sales staff, but the finance department needs to step it up. The sales department is first class and Camren McKenna was attentive, approachable and transparent. He even gave us stickers to mount our Easy pass on our new windshield. I applaud his attention to detail and enjoyed his conversations. Prince Ramnarine not only answered all the questions I had about switching from a 2018 to a 2021, he fixed an issue on my phone that has been annoying me for ages.! He is my hero. More
