Our salesperson, Ravi, walked us through the process. They matched a quote we had received from another dealer and gave us top dollar for our trade-in. Smiling Purvis😊 I was in a hurry and had little time between leaving work early and picking up my granddaughter from kindergarten. My service representative, Purvis, I was in a hurry and had little time between leaving work early and picking up my granddaughter from kindergarten. My service representative, Purvis, was fantastic in pushing my car into service for a quick diagnostic work up and it turned out the battery needed to be replaced. My service representative is always pleasant and always has a kind friendly smile on his face. I love the way he greets me with his can do attitude😊 More

Didn’t complete windshield camera calibration Could not get windshield camera calibrated locally after windshield replacement. Jim Coleman Honda was close to where I was visiting. When my 2015 CRV Could not get windshield camera calibrated locally after windshield replacement. Jim Coleman Honda was close to where I was visiting. When my 2015 CRV Touring was returned to me a test drive revealed that the lane departure and lane keeping was still not working correctly. Prior to this I was not informed the systems were not working right. I immediately went back to the service area. After about 15 minutes I was given a Honda servicenews article from 2015 stating oem glass should be used and that was most likely the problem. As i later found out, the calibration is a two part procedure, static done in the shop with targets and dynamic done driving. If the technician had don the dynamic I would have been informed that the system wasn’t working. I found all this out when I returne to Wyoming and got the calibration done correctly. My attempts to contact the service manager have been met only by voicemail and unreturned calls. Thankfully my daughter who recently moved to the area can take her two Honda vehicles elsewhere. More
