TJ was able to answer all my questions for me and did so quickly. Upon my arrival to the dealership TJ already had the vehicle sitting out front waiting for me to view. He worked with me to ensure my needs were met with the dealership. Would recommend RC Hill to others. More

New to the Mitsubishi Family Recently (2/6/19) I was at a crossroad with my vehicle, it was almost at the 100,000 mile mark and I was on the fence as to what I should do. My l Recently (2/6/19) I was at a crossroad with my vehicle, it was almost at the 100,000 mile mark and I was on the fence as to what I should do. My lending company pre-approved me for a new loan and recommend dealers in my area. I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy but figured a test drive wouldn’t hurt. I found a few cars that piqued my interest and RC Hill had a few of them. I contacted the dealership via phone and was greeted with a friendly voice. Anthony helped me identify the vehicles I was interested in and asked when I would be in. Being that it was after 6 pm and they closed at 8, I didn’t want to be “That Customer” but Anthony insisted that it was fine and offered to have the car waiting for me. Anthony was extremely personable, pleasant, and accommodating. Not once did I feel pressured or intimidated. His product knowledge and expertise was impressive and very helpful. After test driving a few vehicles, I found the one I liked and decided to put numbers together. He offered me a very good price and even worked with my trade in value. Not too long after the papers were signed and I was the proud owner of a new Mitsubishi SUV. This was probably the easiest and least painful buying experience and I owe it to Anthony and his finance team. 10/10! Would highly recommend! Thank you, Anthony!!! More

Great Customer Service!! We went in with intentions of looking at a used vehicle and ended up leaving with that as well as a second new vehicle. Russell was attentive to what we wanted and went above and beyond to assure that we left with what we wanted and at great prices. He worked with us to get us into what we wanted at a price that met our budget. He also spent the time necessary to review everything with us throughout the whole process. I highly recommend RC Hill and Russell Everest to help you get into the vehicle you want or need! More

RC Hill doesn't seem interested in selling a car I emailed RC Hill through CarGurus on 1/3/2019 and did not receive a reply. That method of emailing through CG worked for other dealerships, but I ga I emailed RC Hill through CarGurus on 1/3/2019 and did not receive a reply. That method of emailing through CG worked for other dealerships, but I gave RCH the benefit of the doubt and assumed they did not get my inquiry. On 1/4 I called and asked for a salesperson; I was transferred to Russell Ervast. I explained I was shopping nationwide for a vehicle and was curious for pricing on my new PHEV Outlander. He was curt, even rude at times, questioning if I was really buying a car from out-of-state and "did I have any plans to ever visit FL?". Is this how you sell a car? Unbeknownst to Mr. Ervast, the last car I bought just 9 months ago was 2500 miles away from my home. Regardless, he pacified my inquiry by generally not answering my questions and noted the dealership was about to close but he would call me "first thing in the morning on 1/5". To my surprise, "Sara, internet sales assistant" emailed me at midnight EST Friday to ask if she should use the email address on my CarGurus account to interact with me. I quickly replied, 'yes please'. Needless-to-say, Mr. Ervast did NOT call me first thing 1/5 Saturday morning, and not all weekend at all. Sunday night, 1/6, "Sara" again emailed me at 1am EST asking if someone got in touch with me to "answer all my questions", to which I indicated that RC Hill has been quiet except for the automated emails from Ms. Sara. If you don't take customers seriously, how do you expect to sell one of the 16 PHEVs you have in stock? Are you not in the business to SELL cars? I am truly baffled. I hope that Mr. R.C. Hill himself reads this review, and may feel free to call me directly. More

Simple hassle free car buying experience! I found my vehicle online and did everything over the phone to prepare and make sure I qualified.
