Good But Took Too Long I knew what car I wanted to buy. I inquired online. Javier got back to me immediately I said I would buy the car. He located one for me the next day a I knew what car I wanted to buy. I inquired online. Javier got back to me immediately I said I would buy the car. He located one for me the next day and updated me regularly. However, when I came in at the appointment to make the purchase, it took 3 hours ( I dealt with someone else that day.) I had my insurance handy, my credit is 840, I didn’t do a test drive, so why did it take so long? I couldn’t stay to get my Bluetooth set up because I can’t drive in the dark, and it was getting late. I will have to come back, or figure out how to set it up on my own. More

The financial person Rosa was super rude and seemed so inconvenienced by us as soon as she introduced herself she has the worse customer service for someone who’s trying to help get a sale. She was also really rude to her co workers in front of customers. Overall the process could have gone a lot smoother if it weren’t for her attitude and lack of wanting to explain the paperwork. More
