Britt and the team at RBM of Alpharetta did a fantastic job helping me through the car buying experience. Britt was prepared when I arrived to the dealership and had the car I was interested in pulled up job helping me through the car buying experience. Britt was prepared when I arrived to the dealership and had the car I was interested in pulled up and available to test drive. He was very knowledgeable of the key attributes associated with the car and was able to provide demonstrations to help with my overall leaning curve (previously owning a bmw). I never felt pressured which was a huge plus. Overall, very pleased with my experience. More

I found a used vehicle at RBM of Alpharetta. The cars they sell are immaculate. I was impressed at the quality and care that was given to the vehicles they have for resale. They are almost like new. I felt very well taken care of even though I wasn't looking to buy a new Mercedes. When the time came to purchase, I felt Gwen worked hard to give me the most for my trade and worked with me on the price. I have purchased 4 vehicles over my lifetime at other dealerships and I have always dreaded the process. I can say that this was the least stressful by far, and I enjoyed it. I felt like they cared and could understand my situation. The sales manager Neil Turry was also very personable. Overall, I would highly recommend doing business here. You won't regret it! More
