Not surprisingly, I was treated very fairly by Rachel & everyone in the service department. I received the kind of service I have been accustomed to by everyone at Tim Lally Chevrolet, which is second to n everyone in the service department. I wasn't to happy that my Camaro was not washed. When I asked, Rachel told me your not set up to hand wash cars. So if a customer bring in a Corvette, that dont get washed either. Service was great but communication on when car ready was lacking. I liked the text message but would have liked notification when car was ready for pick up. I was told 10am but apparently not finished until lacking. I liked the text message but would have liked notification when car was ready for pick up. I was told 10am but apparently not finished until 2. That wasn’t a problem but if system could generate a notification that would have been helpful. Rachel was helping another customer when I stopped to see if car ready so it might have just been finished and there wasn’t time to notify me. More
