I want to give a big shout-out to the team at the Ford Dealership, especially Service Adviser Joseph and Cashier Kristy Macdonnell for their exceptional service! Joseph was a true professional from the Dealership, especially Service Adviser Joseph and Cashier Kristy Macdonnell for their exceptional service! Joseph was a true professional from the start—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares that you're taken care of, and Joseph made that very clear. Kristy McDonald at the cashier desk was just as impressive—warm, efficient, and quick with a smile. She made the checkout process easy and even managed to turn a typical payment moment into a pleasant interaction. It's the little things she does that show she takes pride in her work and values each customer. This kind of teamwork and customer care is exactly what keeps people coming back. I would not bring my vehicle here for service unless you plan to be without your car for months. Brought my car in for service and after diagnosis, the team learned the my vehicle was under warranty and it plan to be without your car for months. Brought my car in for service and after diagnosis, the team learned the my vehicle was under warranty and it took over 2 months for them to do the repair. Every time I called to check in I received a voicemail with no call back until the next day, sometimes multiple days later. We were told multiple times we were better off taking our vehicle to the original dealer where the car was purchased… it’s a ford warranty and this is a ford dealer so I’m not sure why they would even tell us to take it elsewhere. Every week was a new excuse as to why work was not competed, missing paperwork, sick staff, no space in the bay, etc. Eventually we asked to speak with the manager and we were told to come in at 8 am to see her. We came exactly at 8am with our 4 month old baby and she did not come out of her office to meet with us. If a zero star was an option this dealers service department would receive it. How their service department has a 4.9 star rating is beyond me More
