Rafael did an amazing job finding exactly the right car for me that was on the lot, had everything prepped, communication was superb, efficient and no surprises ~ made the transaction so easy. In the past sixty years, I have purchased between 15-20 vehicles and this was by far the most pleasant and easiest purchase I have made. Rafael is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very patient, and responsive to the customers needs.
