Finance manager did try to upsell and negotiate but I did not feel trapped like in some dealerships. Beautiful facility as well. I talked to six dealerships about their 330e cars in California, Arizona, Texas and Florida and planned to buy at the one who had the car closest to what I wanted and best customer experience (price less important).
