Rafy was our salesperson and he was great. Engaging but never pushy. Knew the car well as he owned one. The only negative was that the car battery was nearly empty (6 miles left) so on our test drive the never pushy. Knew the car well as he owned one. The only negative was that the car battery was nearly empty (6 miles left) so on our test drive the car stayed in low power mode and barely accelerated. But Eafy charged it up for us and had it washed, and drove it to our house the next day, then Ubered back. Excellent service there. He also mailed us a new battery for the key fob, although he could have just told us it's a regular 3-volt battery. Actually there was one other negative-- someone spelled my name wrong which may have caused the long delay in getting my car loan to get approved. But it was worth the wait because we got a great car at a great price. Rafy stayed late for us until the sale was complete. More

Just got the lease from Pacific BMW. As the buyer these days, we done all the homework and received multiple quotes from various dealers and brokers. And we physically present at various dealerships. Not only they have more customers in the showroom, the staffs were proactively helping all the customers. Rafy Hatamian is the kind o manager I love the deal with. Not wasting any of our time, always straight to the point. He knows what we are here for and what we were trying to achieve. Overall outstanding experience. This kind of dealership will not only earn business from new customers, but getting new customers as well. Thanks Pacific BMW, we and all our friends will be back. More
