Ralph Delgaudio quickly handled the web enquiry and coordinated my visit to the showroom at which time I had the pleasure of working Chris Leahy to secure the purchase of a 2018 BMW 540ix sedan after realizing I still needed the space of a larger car. Chris and sales manager Vince Dillon handled the E350 trade-in and 540ix purchase in a very professional and respectful manner. After mustering up the courage to walk into a car dealership for the first time by myself, I was extremely nervous that I would not be taken seriously After mustering up the courage to walk into a car dealership for the first time by myself, I was extremely nervous that I would not be taken seriously or given a good deal since I am a young woman. From the moment I contacted Flemington BMW, Ralph, the internet specialist, was extremely patient and friendly while giving me information about the car that I was interested in. He then put me in touch with Tom to come take a look at the car of interest. Tom was immensely kind to me! He explained everything from the details of the car, the features and specs, all the way down to prices. He even went as far as telling me he'd be willing to take some time to get me a loaner vehicle that had the exact features I wanted so that I could get the car at the price point I wanted. He clearly wanted me to be very satisfied with my first BMW purchase. Even though my first visit to the dealership was mostly informational and I did not leave with a car, I left feeling like I was in good hands and that I would soon get the car I loved. Fast forward 3 weeks, Tom answered all of my questions via email and phone, and he was so knowledgeable I knew I was making the right choice by purchasing a car with him.
