We started out speaking with Ralph DelGaudio on the phone regarding an auto we were interested in on the internet. He very helpful and answered all of our questions, then turned us over to Anatoliy. We drove 5 hours to the dealership to purchase the car. Anatoliy had all of our paperwork ready and the car spotlessly detailed. The dealership was incredible... clean, neat, huge and most accommodating, even letting us bring our dog inside! Anatoliy then introduced us to Catherine, the Business Manager, who also had all of our financial paperwork ready for us. Anatoliy then brought us back to the car and showed us how everything worked, hooked up our phone and went through all of the technology the car had to offer. I can honestly say we have never been so impressed with a dealership, EVER! Thank you to all, it was worth the drive... you are all truly professionals! More
