Great buying experience at BMW Flemington. I would highly recommend them. I have been shopping for a convertible for months now, and the experience with Barry, Ralph and Cathy was amazing, prof highly recommend them. I have been shopping for a convertible for months now, and the experience with Barry, Ralph and Cathy was amazing, professional and courteous from start to finish. Ralph confirmed the car would be available for test drive at 830am and the convertible was ready for the test drive when I arrived (no miscommunications). Barry encouraged me and my wife to just go and enjoy the test drive (not fretting about test drive miles or time), and negotiations were pleasant/straight-forward as we worked through several options. We got a ton of personal space as we were making the decision before Cathy took care of the financials/signing. We drove home with our M440i convertible that evening. We could not have been happier with our buying experience and the car (especially after the experiences at some local Benz and Audi dealerships) A special call out to Barry, who gave us a walk-through of the car before we took possession of it, and has been proactively answering question about the car features. More
