We purchased our 2022 Subaru Forester Sport from Ralph Kurland at Subaru of Kennesaw. In this market I was expecting to have to fight over PPI addons, dealer markups, private financing, and employer related discounts but at each of the expected hurdles it was no issue at all. Every step of the process was extremely easy and pressure free, even the pitch for the extended warranty was no pressure at all. I am very satisfied and feel like I was treated like a human being. Every dealer experience should be like this from customer relations to sales to the business manager I spoke with, they were all perfect. As an aside Subaru built our vehicle in very short order, we cancelled our Ford after it became apparent we'd be waiting another year and Subaru delivered in almost exactly 3 months. I am not a Subaru return buyer but I will be now. More
