He was not pushy nor was he trying to persuade us to purchase something that we were not interested in buying, or that appealed to us. He never tried to persuade us to buy new over used, or used over new. He simply asked what were we interested in, to include color, style, and size, what were we looking for in the vehicle? We also had a great and easy overall purchasing process with the Business Mgr. Bill Scarbrough; and Jeff Rizzo the Sales Mgr.. Everyone that we came into contact with showed personal interest in us. I just purchased my first used Subaru Forester. We had a very positive experience with all the staff at Subaru of Kennesaw. Specially with Ralph Kurland as we worked with him to obtain our budget goal and features we wanted in a vehicle. At no point did we feel pressure to make an ill advised purchase and this kept us coming back. We started working with Ralph on Friday afternoon and by Saturday afternoon we had closed on a deal that we felt met our budget and vehicle needs. Ralph was personable and professional, this is not always easy to achieve. As women buying a vehicle at no point did he dumb down his explanation which was inclusive of mechanical as well as features of the vehicle. As we closed on the sale, Bill explained all the options to us for extended warranties and he did so in such a way that we did not want to get up and run away as is typical of this experience. We felt like we received well thought out recommendations and felt confident choosing our options. Thank you Bill. We would certainly recommend Ralph and Subaru of Kennesaw to friends and family. We came in close to closing because the dealership is over an hour away from us. The team at Subaru of Kennesaw stayed late to make sure we drove away in our new car!
