My husband & I went into Lexus of Chattanooga on Friday 8/19/22. Our 2009 RX 350 was in great shape but we wanted to buy something newer. Andrea Mashburn, Service Consultant, greeted us at the door with he 8/19/22. Our 2009 RX 350 was in great shape but we wanted to buy something newer. Andrea Mashburn, Service Consultant, greeted us at the door with her big sweet smile & personality to match. She took us to Ralph Paty, Sales Consultant, who treated us from the very beginning as if we were very special. Upon explaining what we were looking for, in no time a beautiful 2018 RX 350 with low mileage was parked outside his office window. Ralph is awesome & should be commended for anticipating our wants & needs. His customer service skills have been sharpened to a fine point & we could not recommend him higher! We walked out to look at the car & knew right away this was what we wanted! Ralph took us to Josiah Sadek, Finance Mgr, who in his soft-spoken manner explained every aspect of options available & guided us thru signing all necessary paperwork. Back to Ralph where we met the General Manager who also made us feel most welcome to the dealership! After being given lovely key rings, bags to transfer personal items from old car, and all documents & maintenance manual etc, Ralph took us outside to our new vehicle, introduced Aiden, one of the smartest, kindest "tech" guys to inservice us on the settings of everything from seat settings to radio, bluetooth (yay) settings & much more! I CAN NOT give this dealership a higher recommendation! They are great! As we prepared to drive away, Ralph gave us his personal cell number with instructions to call with ANY questions whatsoever! We absolutely LOVE our new ride & when time comes to buy again, we will most definitely go back to LEXUS of CHATTANOOGA! More
