My husband and I have been on the waitlist for the LX 600 Luxury for approximately 9-10 months. Prior to today, I was driving a 2012 Toyota 4 Runner which has 265,000 + miles and has been a fabulous car onl Luxury for approximately 9-10 months. Prior to today, I was driving a 2012 Toyota 4 Runner which has 265,000 + miles and has been a fabulous car only requiring oil changes and routine maintenance. Not to mention we have had 3 prior Toyota vehicles - 2 Camry's and Sequoia. With that said, I wanted to stay with the Toyota/Lexus manufacturing company due to the excellent vehicle quality. My husband drives a Lexus sedan so we decided to join the waitlist for LX600 - yes, during the pandemic hence the waitlist. What can I say, it was worth the wait! Extremely satisfied customer!!! During the process we worked with both Ralph Paty and Fred Fortson regarding the initial deposit/waitlist -both of who were both very trustworthy and clear in communication regarding the vehicle timeline/delivery. Fred Fortson was our primary salesman and provided excellent customer service as did all the staff we worked with at Lexus Chattanooga - Ralph Paty and Jackson Antinore. Fred listened to me, provided quick communication to my numerous questions via call and/or text over the last 9-10 months. I never felt pressured and the process was not only seamless but easy. I am very particular and have very high standards - you have to be when you only get a new car every decade. With that said, I was very pleased with the entire vehicle sales/delivery experience. I would highly recommend Lexus Chattanooga - EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Thank you! More
