I am 67 years old and never in my life have I ever enjoyed working with a Salesman like Mr Paty. It didn’t take him long to sell me!! In fact I normally dread the sales experience but this one was different. He made it fun but straight to the point and that is what I wanted! Because of Mr Paty I feel I have established a long relationship with Lexus of Chattanooga. I will always want to deal with him. If all Salesman were like him, it would be an enjoyable experience . The Lexus of Chattanooga dealership made the buying experience wonderful. From the first contact by Madison,(the online representative); to Ralph Paty ( sales rep.) , to the young man who went over tec experience wonderful. From the first contact by Madison,(the online representative); to Ralph Paty ( sales rep.) , to the young man who went over tech and finally finance with Justin Hendrick, our experience was wonderful. Our first contact with Madison had us totally in on driving not only to purchase our vehicle, but to meet the super star at the other end of the phone. Once we arrived, Mr. Paty not only took care of us during the sale, but also suggested logging options since we traveled over 6 hours to secure the vehicle we wanted. The young man who went over the technology of the car was awesome. Finally Justin , who made the financing experience easy and made us feel at ease with every step of the process.
