I’m pretty disappointed on the service provided. Went in there with a trade knowing I was upside down on it, I knew that. Waited for hours to negotiate with the finance representative when he called me he had all paperwork when I would ask what’s the interest rate or anything related whit the loan he would just say don’t worry I will help you out. My fault for trusting people just because they say they will help. He added warranties to the loan without even giving me the option or telling me the price on them. I’ve had the car for 2 weeks and the breaks have been squeaking since the 4th day, I know that’s maintenance but being a large dealership I would have thought they do a maintenance before selling the vehicle. I have never felt so taken advantage of. More
