We were swiftly greeted by Yuvo, who was very fri We waked into Toyota this morning looking to just test drive a RAV4 and possibly talk about buying.. We were swiftly greeted by Yuvo, who was very friendly and listened to what we were looking for specifically in the ride. He got me behind the wheel and I instantly fell in love with the car! Yuvo showed us a few different versions of the RAV4 and we decided we liked the 2018 the best. He sat us down to talk about numbers.. the process went very smoothly and he was so helpful making sure that we were getting the best deal possible. He was able to give us a number that we were comfortable with and began the car buying process! This was my first time buying and I was so pleased at how quick the process went, all while making sure that I understood each step along the way. Yuvo then left us in the hands of Ralph in Financing. Ralph was so awesome at explaining each piece of paperwork thoroughly to assure I knew exactly what I was signing. He answered any questions that arose and I felt confident in my decision to buy my new rav4! He then congratulated us on our purchase and took us outside, where Yuvo was waiting with keys in hand to our new ride! Yuvo began to show us all of the amazing feautures that the 2018 RAV4 had to offer. After answering any last minute questions about the vehicle we may have had, we were ready to drive off the lot! We are so thrilled about our purchase and have no hesitations that we made the right decision, thanks to the awesome staff we encountered today at Findlay Toyota! More
