Easy, Quick, Convenient When I purchased my Honda Civic 2012 from this dealership, I was happy and satisfied with the car that I've been looking for. After driving the vehicle for a week, I realized it did not have all of the functionality I wanted so I decided to call the dealership to do an exchange. On the same day, I went in both Rancier and Domenica helped me find the car that was suitable to all of my needs. Also, with Tom's help, I was able to get approved again from the bank. It was better than what I expected. Knowing myself, I am very indecisive and have no clue which car will be the perfect car.They were very patient and accommodating and helped me choose the car that I truly love which was an Acura. Even though it was a little bit more than my budget but I am happy and satisfied with my result. Thank you to all of the team members. Great experience. Thank you Rancier! I have to admit that I would have driven my 2006 Honda Odyssey EXL (also purchased from Herb Chambers Seekonk) until it literally needed to be buried. I have to admit that I would have driven my 2006 Honda Odyssey EXL (also purchased from Herb Chambers Seekonk) until it literally needed to be buried. This is because I LOVED my Odyssey and because I despise the stress of purchasing a car. It doesn’t help that I can be painfully particular. So late one Saturday we stopped by Herb Chambers Honda Seekonk just to peruse the 2016 Pilots as my research determined this could be the vehicle to replace my Odyssey. Rancier Matos came to see if we had any questions or if he could offer any assistance. I usually get panicky when a sales person approaches but Rancier was so approachable and not at all ‘sales pushy’. Mind you it was closing time on a Saturday night yet Rancier was so patient and helpful, even when we decided to take a test drive. As we left the dealership that night I told Rancier that if we decided to purchase a Honda that I would only purchase one from him because he was so honest and helpful…within a week, that’s exactly what we did. Rancier made our experience amazingly stress-free and he made us feel so completely confident in our purchase. He walked us through the entire process and answered every question and handled every concern we had so professionally. (Thank you Bill for all your financing information also.) Rancier actually went above our expectations to make sure everything with our new Pilot was totally perfect and he made sure that we knew everything we needed to know about the vehicle. (Thank you Kevin for all the great information and ‘training’ on all the bells and whistles of our new Pilot also.) I ended up taking a look at Herb Chambers twice since it is down the road. I can say that I was extremely impressed with how well the service was. I recieved assistance from Rancier Matos who I felt did an impecible job pairing me with the correct fit for what i was looking for. Never did I feel rushed or pushed into buying something that was not quite what I wanted. I truely beleive the goal wasnt to just sell any car it was honestly to help me find the best fit. I highly recomend this dealership as well as Rancier. Never having purchased a New car i was nervous but overall the expierience was great. If you make your way down there ask for Rancier. More
