I have worked with many of the guys on the service team, and they all are very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Jerry McDuffy is one terrific salesperson! He is able to answer all my questions about the new car I bought from him and explains the various vehicle technology very clearly and with understandable analogies. His sense of humor made the car buying experience a real pleasure! More

Customer satisfaction I came in to have my Highlander LE’s first service. I saw the salesman that I previously dealt with and told him that I was upset with myself for bein I came in to have my Highlander LE’s first service. I saw the salesman that I previously dealt with and told him that I was upset with myself for being cheap and buying the Highlander LE as opposed to the XLE. My sales professional, David Warda, and sales manager, Jonathan, came up with a plan where I would swap out my LE for an XLE without suginifcantly increasing my monthly payment by using the Highlander 0.9% interest promotion. Then my financial officer, Leah, prepared all of my paperwork with the exact same options that I previously chose when I purchased the LE 6 months ago while I relaxed reading my book. When all the paperwork was completed, I signed everything and left as an extremely happy customer. I now have the vehicle that I wanted in the beginning. Thank you to the employees of Schaumburg Toyota, but a special thank you to David, Jonathan, and Leah! More

Complete disaster Pulled in on time for my 615 appointment Randy who was rude and could not be bothered to answer and additional questions checked me in ( he actually Pulled in on time for my 615 appointment Randy who was rude and could not be bothered to answer and additional questions checked me in ( he actually was quite rude and told me to ask a sales rep for help because he had no clue) then I’m waiting for my car and I see what appears to be my finished vehicle and finally ask is my car finished well Randy put the wrong vin so they were calling the wrong person They even inputted all his info so had I said nothing he would have a service record then they tear off half my front plate and legit we’re not going to fix it Super annoyed that I spent 50 extra minutes here because randy did s terrible job More
