My husband and I decided to upgrade my 2015 Ferrari California T with a newer car. We went to the dealership and were dealing with Randy. I bought a car less than a year ago and was still certified, un California T with a newer car. We went to the dealership and were dealing with Randy. I bought a car less than a year ago and was still certified, under warranty with only 10k miles. So we were excited to see their cars and get trade value for my car. To make a story short, me, my husband and 1-year-old daughter waited for 6 hours to get a value for our trade-in, then we decided to leave when we left Randy called my husband telling he has trade-in value, but he didn’t want to tell how much they can give us over the phone because it’s not gonna be a valid offer, also he needs to speak in person about trade-in. The next day my husband went by himself to talk about our car and their Ferrari Portofino, which we decided to buy. When he came Randy invited him to GM Rick's office. Rick told my husband that my car has a transmission problem and the only thing they can give is $110k for my car. They didn’t know that car was recently serviced and the Ferrari of Palm Beach installed a new transmission about a month ago. When my husband asked, "What are you talking about?", the transmission in my car is brand new and we’re installed by another Ferrari dealer. They told him it was probably not installed the right way. Then Randy and Rick start pushing my husband and trying to convince him to trade the car for $117k when other dealers offered us $130k. They were saying don’t trust other dealers because they are going to rip us off and Rick and Randy are just trying to help us to get rid of my car. Their Portofino was with aftermarket wheels, they told us they have on the back stock wheels, but then Randy told us he had to call the previous owner to get stock wheels. We figured out that’s was a lie and there were not any rims. Their car has dents all over the car and small scratches. We decided to go to Ferrari of Palm Beach, they listed my California T for sale and got us $155k. Then we bought from them a 2022 Ferrari F8 Tributo. Rick and Randy, only because you are dishonest, greedy, and unprofessional. You lost the money not only on California T but on the sale of F8 Tributo. Whoever reads this review please don’t visit this dealership. Instead of them go to Ferrari of Palm Beach and deal with them. Ferrari of Palm Beach will treat you like you deserve when you buy a $400k car. Garret, owner of Ferrari, should fire Randy and have a talk with his manager Rick about customer service! No customer service at all! You do not even deserve 1 star! Very disappointed buying and selling experience with those two guys and Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale! More
