Easiest car purchase. We had been looking for a new Equinox for a while. Already owning one, we knew exactly what we wanted. We have worked with Gary Trabel before and asked him to help us. He immediately found exactly what we were looking for and had it brought in. Gary went over the car top to bottom explaining everything about the car, making sure we understood everything. He then introduces us to everyone at the dealership, so we would feel at ease if we ever need to get the car serviced. Randy is very knowledgeable about the paperwork part of the deal and made it painless. If you want a "no pressure" kind of car dealership, this is the place. Very Good Purchase Experience In less than 20 minutes via phone, I had a no trade-in deal (contingent upon test drive) made for a new Impala with Mike Hirlinger that consisted of m In less than 20 minutes via phone, I had a no trade-in deal (contingent upon test drive) made for a new Impala with Mike Hirlinger that consisted of minimal dickering/hassle. I was allowed to drive unescorted in a downpour 20 miles to my home to check about going in and out of my driveway. Afterwards, the paperwork aspect of the transaction was handled in a mostly timely manner. Prior to taking possession, Gary Trabel gave an in car one hour tutorial about the vehicle's specific features including setting up the free trial period accounts for Onstar and Sirius XM. It has been 13 days since the purchase, and Mike Hirlinger called today to check about my satisfaction with the purchase. experience which I declared was as professional yet about as friendly as any customer should expect. I stopped one Friday to 'just look' and he allowed me to do that - just look! I was over 5 weeks before I was ready to buy...and I was never pressured by Randy or anyone at Hirlinger to buy!!! Other dealerships I had checked out were sending me emails almost daily before I got them to stop. Randy worked hard to get the Malibu that was perfect for me from another dealership. Thanks Hirlinger for this great experience including a great price for my new car and a great price for my trade in!! More
