In following up from my November visit I have to amend my rating and give 5 stars to Randy and his team in service. I was kept informed and communicated with regularly on the status of my vehicle which elim rating and give 5 stars to Randy and his team in service. I must also commend Stephen Donat as I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will develop back! More

They treated me with respect and went on a test ride and we found out the problem this is Kia on the west side of Cleveland Ohio . Now Kia on the Bedford auto mile did not test drive the vehicle causing us we found out the problem this is Kia on the west side of Cleveland Ohio . Now Kia on the Bedford auto mile did not test drive the vehicle causing us to come back there 2 times but when we went to the Kia Deallership on the west side on brookpark they found out the problem and was tremendously on point More

Work done was fine but communication from the contact person was lacking. After initial call at 8:15 I was never told or contacted about ready time. Called 3x starting at 4:00 leaving multiple voice msg person was lacking. After initial call at 8:15 I was never told or contacted about ready time. I brought my car in for service, was told nothing was wrong with my wheel alignment. Then, came back 2 months later and insisted on having the car placed on machine. They Seen there was an issue and cor wrong with my wheel alignment. Then, came back 2 months later and insisted on having the car placed on machine. They Seen there was an issue and corrected, but never suggested that the now bad tire should be either rotated on replaced. Kia responsible for negligence. Tried leaving message, received no call back. More
