Randy Stiles is an awesome Service Advisor. I drive over an hour to have my service performed at Crown Honda by Mike Larson, who is an excellent mechanic. Even before this current pandemic situation, I have an hour to have my service performed at Crown Honda by Mike Larson, who is an excellent mechanic. Even before this current pandemic situation, I have issues for which I require reasonable accommodation; Randy and Mike always go above and beyond to take care of my special needs. They ensure that I understand exactly any work that needs to be done and provides my with exceptional customer service - always! My car is older, so I don't often get the opportunity to provide survey feedback. I just wanted to ensure everyone - especially the Service Manager - knows what tremendous assets Randy and Mike are to the service team. Another great experience. We’ve been bringing our vehicles for the last 8+years to crown Honda. Randy has always kept us informed on what was occurring with the work being done to our vehicles. Randy takes the time to explain and go over the work as well as the paperwork when the work is complete. If any additional work May need to be done Randy makes recommendations as to what should be done and what can wait until the next service. Randy is great to work with. More

Unfortunately, I can’t respect a Honda dealership who doesn’t associate needs for Honda service with a potential purchase (at that time or later).
