Ray is our General Manager here at Walter's Automotive and brings 24 years of experience with Mercedes-Benz with him. When quizzed about which Mercedes-Benz product he would most like to own he says Mercedes-Benz has made so many cars in their history that wouldn't be a fair question to ask, a true Mercedes-Benz man at heart! When not overseeing the sales operations at Walter's Automotive he enjoys serving in the college ministry at his church, playing golf, watching real football (English kind) and traveling home to London with his family when he can. "Buying Experience at Walter's"

What A great day I had at Walter's Mercedes-Benz! My new GLK 350 is a pleasure to drive and my experience at this dealership was also a pleasure!! Every employee who I talked with was professional and caring--and sincere in their efforts to satisfy me as a customer. Rick Akigbe showed me several models that he thought would be to my liking and in my price range. He was very helpful and patient during the test drives. Walter's purchase price was reasonable for each car. I loved the GLK and was presented with an offer that "I couldn't refuse!" All of the paperwork was completed within a short period of time by Jacqueline Nasser, Sales and Leasing Consultant. She was quite knowledgeable about the GLK and answered all of my technical questions. Ray Burke was instrumental in getting me the best deal possible which I very much appreciated. Ari Abdolhosseini handled the finance and leasing agreements--all done quickly and professionally. I was introduced to the service manager, Tyler Usary. He made me feel comfortable about my first maintenance appointment. This car is my first Mercedes-Benz and, so far, what an outstanding purchase! I even met Walter Kienle, the owner. Wow--how often does one meet the owner of a car dealership?!! It was a pleasure to meet him. I even enjoyed being in the waiting room--great coffee, fruit, and my favorite, scones! I look forward to driving my GLK and continuing to do business with Walter's Mercedes-Benz. Cynthia W.

It was a "WOW" experience. All individuals we came in contact with were extremely gracious, kind and went out of their way to help us. I had my car serviced the previous day (E350) in Palm Springs. I was thinking of getting a larger vehicle mainly for my husband for a wheel chair and our dogs. When I dropped my car off to be serviced I glanced at the vehicles. Gave the salesperson one chance to give me a good price. I got "ego", awards he won, how long he had been at the location. He called me on my cell phone with a price quote. When I picked up my vehicle from service I gave another sales person, Mr. Smooth talker, an opportunity to quote me a price. Took the vehicle for a drive and when I came back he quoted higher price than Mr. "Ego". I went home online to CarMax to see what was available, found a vehicle I was interested in and put a hold on it till next day. Received email from salesperson saying they'd meet me at 12pm. I arrived on time and then waited and waited for the salesperson. Finally I requested another individual, he took me for a ride around the block and that's when I saw Walter's Mercedes. Gave them one opportunity and I declined their offer. I thought why not drive by to see what's available at Walter's Mercedes. My husband's health is very poor so I told him I'd be quick, I left him in the car told him I'd be right back just wanted to see what the pricing was in comparison to the other locations. I knew I had to get him home soon. Jin Lee came out to greet me. He was extremely kind, asked me a few questions. Told him he has one chance to give me a price on the vehicle. I explained my husband was waiting in the car. Never was there any pressure he said he would see what he could do. Introduced me his boss. They gave me a price, I thanked them and was getting ready to leave. As we were walking out Jin said"You were in the market to purchase a vehicle today weren't you? Let's see what we can do". It was those words and his professionalism that sold me right there!!! I paid more than what I planned, and I know it was worth it. The kindness from all those involved made it a real pleasure to do business with Walter's Mercedes. One sales person went as far as to help my husband in his walker to the restroom. Thank you all for being so gracious and helpful. You have know idea what it all meant to me. AND Jin Lee "thank you" for being patient and listening and understanding. My husband is on borrowed time and I don't know how much more time he has left on this earth. Life has been quite stressful the past year. The experience that I had with Jin Lee and all those involved made my life a little stress free. And to complete it all it was a real pleasure to work with Julio Guerrero in the finance department. I will be back and when I hear someone in the market for a Mercedes, I'll be sure to tell all about Walter's Mercedes!
