It is incredibly disheartening to experience theft, especially when it happens in a place where I expected professionalism and trust. I took my car to the dealership for a routine oil change, only to d especially when it happens in a place where I expected professionalism and trust. I took my car to the dealership for a routine oil change, only to discover that a device had been stolen from my center console. To make matters worse, the service manager never reached out to address the issue directly, choosing instead to communicate through one of his service associates. This lack of accountability and personal responsibility from the manager only adds to the frustration and disappointment of being violated in a setting that should have been safe. More

Ray was very helpful when checking in for my vehicles routine maintenance. I inquired how far down the local gym was as I was planning to walk there while my car was being serviced. Service director Carlos is a jerk with a napoleon complex. His customer service skills are as short as he is. I’ve taken my vehicle that has a mere 6k miles on it three times in the last 2 months for complex. His customer service skills are as short as he is. I’ve taken my vehicle that has a mere 6k miles on it three times in the last 2 months for the same issue. I’m grateful that the factory warranty covered the repairs, but each time was a huge inconvenience. These higher ups sit at a desk all day and push papers but don’t read them. They are uneducated about the cars they’re selling and repairing. It’s counterproductive and sad. Carlos had Ray tell me that “this is the last time we’re covering this repair”, when I’ve read my vehicle’s manual and I know how to operate all parts of my vehicle. The issue with my vehicle is a manufacturing defect, not user error. More
