I have always had a positive experience from the first I walked into their show room, back in 2018 I when I bought my first Mazda to my most recent service visit. Every time I'm at the dealership the staff walked into their show room, back in 2018 I when I bought my first Mazda to my most recent service visit. Every time I'm at the dealership the staff is always friendly. The Facility is clean and bright. I usually schedule my service visits during the week. Instead of sitting at the guest area, I'll sit at table they use for sales. No one has ever asked me to move and sit in the designated area. I really appreciate that. It allows me p work in an area with less distractions. I tell everyone abut my service reps and how I feel free to ask questions about service recommendations on my SUV. I currently work with Juju, but if he's unavailable when I come a free rep will step in and get me checked in. I appreciate their team work! More

We showed up because my wife was in a rollover crash after being T-Boned that totaled her CX5 but saved her and our 10 year old son. Needless to say We came in and told them our situation and explained after being T-Boned that totaled her CX5 but saved her and our 10 year old son. Needless to say We came in and told them our situation and explained that we just needed her to get into a new car but we were not interested in getting pitched all the “extras” because we are just trying to recover from the horrific crash and not have a nice gift of a new giant car payment. They were understanding and just took care of us. Zee was our salesman, we met Troy Mealey ,Tom, David the business manager. All great, attentive, caring people. The next day, we came back and bought me a new car as well because we were so well taken care of the day before. If you want to be treated well, with honest, respectful, patient staff, please go to Sport Mazda North. You will not regret it. More

Good job as always when getting my vehicle serviced. Ray is professional/friendly and does a good job explaining the process of getting my vehicle serviced. As a longtime customer, I hope Sports Mazda w Ray is professional/friendly and does a good job explaining the process of getting my vehicle serviced. As a longtime customer, I hope Sports Mazda will bring back the VIP 20% eligible discount on repairs. Or some sort of incentive. More
