I am not sure if it's a change in management, or the dealership is trying to capitalize on the COVID situation and vehicle shortages, but they used pretty much every "used-car-dealer" technique on us - bait and switch when it comes to prices, showing the complete lack of respect to us as loyal and returning customers.
