Even more happy than before I bought a Silverado Pick up on Saturday at closing they stayed there to put a smile on my face. My daughter asked me if I was going through a Mid Age I bought a Silverado Pick up on Saturday at closing they stayed there to put a smile on my face. My daughter asked me if I was going through a Mid Age Crisis. I went from a S550 Mercedes to a Chevy Silverado.I'm all about making America Great .I started at looking at a Tundra even though made in USA money goes to Japan. I love Japan however want to support USA products and company's. Then went with a Ford but reliability seemed to gone down from reports over last couple of years. Then went to the Ram which I was a hour away from buying. They kept playing games I told them up front what I wanted to buy ,pay .However they kept taking me on test dive In cars that were 10-12k higher than what I stated. I then had a gut feeling to go back to castle down the street from me and they contacted me a few times vs others twice a day.I retired from Marine Corp and wanted to buy American.Well first of all its made in Indiana cant get more Apple Pie than that. Ray the Finance guy I know now he was GREAT. I went back today maybe a little buyers remorse even though I love what I bought. I went back anyways. Fabian the manager sat down with me a normal everyday guy he walked me through and took away any buyers remorse etc. This is normally when you find out who you really are dealing with. All I can say I feel better today then the day I bought and I know I made the right decision. I would say if you are thinking about this dealer I would send my daughter or son there so if that is the case you should go there as well. More

First time buying a car and happy and feel I got a fair deal Started out a little rough.However like they say third time is a charm. I feel good about my purchase.That is hard to say normally when buying a car.Normally you have to play cat and mouse games.I was lucky.I asked to speak to a manager and the finance manger tried to help and even went out of his wheel house and walked me through 3-4 cars/trucks.I finally with his help we put a deal together and I feel was a very fair deal.Plus they stayed after two hours to make sure everything was AOK..I never bought a car from a dealer believing I got a good fair deal. until today. I would say be patient and talk and explain what you want/need.If you feel you have to win and the dealer loses than that is not going to be a good deal for anyone Remember you want a fair deal and the dealer needs a fair deal as well to remain open to give you the service for your new purchase. More

I was happy with the car and the sales process involved reasonable negotiation but we reached an agreement in a short time without ridiculously long delays that I have experienced elsewhere before. My Best New Car Purchase in 40 Years I traveled some distance to Castle Chevrolet North in Elk Grive Village to purchase my new 2017 Chevrolet Impala Premier after being treated well on t I traveled some distance to Castle Chevrolet North in Elk Grive Village to purchase my new 2017 Chevrolet Impala Premier after being treated well on the phone by dealership sales manager Ed Finn. Mr. Finn treated me with respect and worked with me to demonstrate that my new car buying experience would be straight-forward with no games. Ed Finn, and eventually another sales manager. Joe Genna were completely honest with me about my new car purchase and trade-in. They both impressed me with their candor and follow-through. Our salesperson was Damian Dus and he was most professional, courteous and helpful during the delivery process. Raul Quesada, the finance department manager was equally as professional, courteous and willing to answer our questions in an honest and sincere fashion. He never pressured us or attempted to sell us unneeded products or services. We did purchase an extended warranty based on his presentation about same. Lastly, I would like to thank Brennan in internet sales, Mike Rodriguez, the General Manager of sales and Olivia in the Castle Business Development Center for their efforts to earn my business and prove to me that the "Castle Difference" is not just a catchy slogan, but a real work business philosophy that puts the customer experience first and makes purchasing a car from Castle Chevrolet North the enjoyable experience it should be. All three of these individuals are great ambassadors for the Castle Dealership Network. This was, hands down, our best new car purchase experience in 40 years and some 20 new car/truck purchases.
