I had found the vehicle I wanted on their website, so I reached to them to have a closer look. When I arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately had to have a check engine light diagnosed on a ‘24 Chevy with under 16k miles. We dropped the car off the night before. I received a call from him with an initial diagnosis’s. Told me he woul on a ‘24 Chevy with under 16k miles. We dropped the car off the night before. I received a call from him with an initial diagnosis’s. Told me he would call me back in a few hours with the final diagnosis. He never did. I had to reach out. The part had to be ordered. On back order from GM. He stated he would call us when the part came in. He never did. We called after a couple weeks, to be informed by the woman who answered the phone that the part had arrived. Now we are waiting for him to call us to schedule the repair once a loaner car is available. This is our first interactions with the service department in over 15 years. Hopefully, Mark wins us over with his improved performance. More
