Alex Sayer, the sales staff that initially responded to my inquiry, was there to greet me and was transparent from the beginning to end. Sadly we ran into a rough patch, mainly on my end, hence why we couldn't complete the transaction that same day. Lucky Mark Hendricks and Nicole Garrett were more than welcome to pickup were we left off the day prior.I want to say from the button of my heart, I appreciate everything this team did for me during this process and I truly am grateful for them making one of my dreams come true. His concern for a customers satisfaction and well being is above and beyond. Ive been purchasing vehicles from Bennett Chevrolet for almost 25 years now and Andy has always found a way to make it work. I had a Horrible experience with service about a transmission issue with my 2022 chevy 1500 which only had 1995 miles on it. Andy noticed how unhappy I was and made it right. He got me out of that truck and into a 2023 chevy silverado and made the numbers work. He went out of his way to make sure I left there happy. If it wasn't for Andy and Rebecca I'm not sure if I would have purchased another vehicle from there. Just want to say thank you to Andy, Rebecca and Justin Bird for once again making my buying experience a breeze. More
